Time taken by program = 5s.

Speed of Processor = 100MHz.

Therefore , clock time per cycle = 1/100MHz = 10 ^ *(-8) s

Now , 10 ^ (-8) s ----------- 1 clock cycle

    1s ------------------ 10^8 clock cycles

        5s------------------- 5x10^8 clock cycles = 50x10^7 clock cycles
