Let $A_{\alpha_0}$ denotes the $\alpha$-cut of a fuzzy set $A$ at $\alpha_0$. If $\alpha_1 < \alpha_2$, then

  1. $A_{\alpha_1} \supseteq A_{\alpha_2}$
  2. $A_{\alpha_1} \supset A_{\alpha_2}$
  3. $A_{\alpha_1} \subseteq A_{\alpha_2}$
  4. $A_{\alpha_1} \subset A_{\alpha_2}$

Answer should be A.

Think of numeric values for α-cut, say 0.3<0.4, then A0.3 is superset of A0.4 because A with α-cut 0.3 will have equal or more values than A with α-cut 0.4
